Practice begins tonight at 7:00pm at Burnet Middle School!
Be ready to play AT 7:00pm, so plan for traffic, etc. Maps are online at www.austinvalkyries.com.

3. Medical info: front/back copy of your health insurance card, emergency contact info, and anything else we may need to know all on one page (will be kept confidential).

Cleats
Mouthguard
Water
Rugby shorts if you’ve got them.
Your friends or random strangers you’ve met who also want to play
CROSSFIT:
Right now exactly 10 people have expressed interest, but the more the merrier. Please email me if you are interested, Aug programs start a week from today.
